All woodwork rubbed down and patch primed then 2 pack filler applied to certain areas then 1 undercoat and 1 gloss finish. Plinth at the bottom 2 coats of Pliolite.

Certain new wood needed to be matched to the old stain and it was achieved perfectly. This was a very methodical contract and a fine eye to detail was required.
"Dave Byrne's company has carried out a significant amount of decorating at my 400 year old property including both indoor (sitting room, study, dining kitchen and hall stairs and landing) and outdoor work. The work has been carried out in a most professional and satisfactory manner and always on time. I can thoroughly recommend the company."

"Dave has done a number of jobs for us at home, both interior and exterior. He takes a lot of trouble to ensure he understands our needs, be it finish, paint type and colour, etc., and then carries out the work quickly, cleanly, and to a very high standard. I can thoroughly recommend Dave, and will certainly use him again in the future."

Where to start. All internal ceilings and walls 2-3 coats of emulsion. All ceiling beams coated with oil to enhance colour. All the gaps to the woodwork have been caulked in to make the job look even more professional. All oak woodwork has had 3 coats of varnish and came up beautifully. All rooms have had 2 different colours of emulsion, when the contract was complete it looked superb and the finish was first class.
Chester
This contract had to be scaffolded due to all aspects of safety high and lower level. All masonry areas where in bad need of repair and needed to be filled sanded and 3 coats of oil masonry applied. The windows were badly broken down. They have been scraped, primed, filled and re-primed the 2 undercoats and 1 high gloss finish. I also supplied a bricklayer to re-point all the high level brickwork which was in bad condition which the customer was very pleased about. The way this building looks now is remarkable considering how bad a condition it was in.
